JOB OVERVIEW

A Credit Repair Sales Representative is responsible for selling credit repair services to individuals looking to improve their credit scores. They act as intermediaries between the company and potential clients, guiding them through the process and helping them understand how the services can benefit them.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage Pre-Qualified Leads: Reach out to potential clients from the leads provided by the company. These leads are individuals who have expressed interest or have been identified as needing credit repair services.
2. Consultation: Understand customers’ credit issues by conducting needs assessments and advising on the best credit repair solutions.
3. Sales Presentations: Explain the company’s services and how they can help improve clients’ credit scores, answering any questions or concerns.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
5. Follow-up: Keep in touch with leads and existing clients to track progress and offer ongoing support.
6. Close Sales: Convert leads into customers by overcoming objections, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
7. Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance goals.
8. Documentation: Ensure all sales and client information is accurately documented in the CRM system.
9. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the company’s services, industry regulations, and credit repair processes.
10. Customer Education: Educate clients on credit-building strategies and financial literacy, helping them understand how the services work.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in financial services or credit-related industries.
• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients.
• Persuasion & Negotiation: Ability to close deals and overcome objections.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Focus on understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage leads, appointments, and documentation effectively.

Typical Salary & Commission:
• Base Salary: Often includes a base salary with performance-based commissions.
• Commissions: Earnings are typically commission-driven, based on the number of clients signed up or the amount of revenue generated.
