Position Overview: The Truth Capital is seeking motivated and ambitious Credit Repair Sales Agents to join our team. This is a full-time remote position offering a base salary of $1,000 per month, with opportunities for growth based on performance. Successful candidates will be required to pass a placement test before starting. We are looking to onboard as many qualified candidates as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce and explain credit repair services.
Educate clients on the importance of credit health and how our services can assist them.
Sales Targets:

Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas by converting leads into customers.
Effectively follow up with leads to secure service sign-ups.
Communication:

Handle objections and provide solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
Maintain professional and clear communication in all client interactions.
Reporting and Documentation:

Use company CRM systems to track leads, sales progress, and client status.
Update all client interactions and outcomes in real-time to ensure data accuracy.
Team Collaboration:

Participate in regular training and strategy meetings to refine sales techniques.
Work closely with team members and managers to identify and resolve challenges.
Requirements:

Strong sales aptitude with a proven track record in customer service or sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of credit and financial services (training provided).
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Must pass the company placement test prior to onboarding.
