JOB OVERVIEW

The Credit Repair Manager will be responsible for managing the entire credit repair process, including team leadership, client dispute management, process optimization, and regulatory compliance. You will supervise a team of credit repair specialists, ensure efficient dispute handling with credit bureaus, original creditors, and collection agencies, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. You will also oversee training, performance monitoring, and the integration of new tools and strategies to improve client outcomes.

**Team Management & Leadership**
- **Supervise & Train**: Manage and lead credit repair specialists, virtual assistants, and dispute representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- **Team Collaboration**: Foster a positive and collaborative team culture to ensure effective communication and accountability.

**Client Account Management**
- **Client Oversight**: Manage client credit repair cases, ensuring timely dispute filing and progress toward client goals.
- **Client Communication & Escalations**: Maintain communication with clients, handle escalations, and work to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

**Dispute Process Management**
- **Dispute Strategy & Compliance**: Develop customized dispute strategies, ensuring compliance with FCRA, CROA, and Metro 2 standards.
- **e-OSCAR & CFPB**: Oversee dispute submissions via **e-OSCAR**, track progress, and file complaints with the **CFPB** when necessary.

**Operations & Process Improvement**
- **Process Optimization**: Streamline workflows to improve efficiency and enhance the client experience.
- **Automation & Reporting**: Work with technical teams to automate workflows and track key performance metrics to optimize strategies.

**Compliance & Legal Oversight**
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all credit repair activities comply with relevant laws and standards, including FCRA and CROA.
- **Documentation**: Oversee proper documentation and maintain audit readiness to ensure compliance.

**Client Education & Satisfaction**
- **Educational Materials**: Develop resources to help clients understand the credit repair process.
- **Feedback & Satisfaction**: Collect and analyze client feedback to continuously improve services and maintain high satisfaction levels.

**Additional Tasks**
- **Marketing & Technology**: Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to improve lead generation and integrate new credit repair technologies.
- **Resource Allocation**: Ensure effective use of resources to meet company and client needs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- **Experience**: 3+ years in credit repair with expertise in dispute strategies and credit repair laws (FCRA, CROA).
- **Leadership**: Proven experience managing teams and driving performance.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Skilled in **e-OSCAR**, **Credit Repair Cloud (CRC)**, and **GoHighLevel (GHL)**.
- **Compliance Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of **Metro 2** and credit repair compliance.
- **Communication & Organizational Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
