Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Credit Repair Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of credit repair processes, consumer law, and experience utilizing essential platforms and tools, including BBB, FTC, CFPB, Credit Repair Cloud (CRC), and Go High Level (GHL). This role requires exceptional customer service, administrative efficiency, and the ability to deliver results quickly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
1. Credit Repair Expertise
o Analyze credit reports to identify inaccuracies, outdated, or unverifiable items.
o Prepare and send dispute letters to credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies.
o Leverage consumer protection laws, including the FCRA, FDCPA, and related statutes, to advocate for clients effectively.
2. Client Onboarding
o Handle all aspects of client onboarding, including document collection and account setup in CRC and GHL.
o Ensure clients understand the credit repair process and set clear expectations for results.
3. Platform Utilization
o Utilize BBB, FTC, and CFPB platforms to escalate disputes and address client issues effectively.
o Maximize the use of CRC and GHL for dispute automation, client communication, and task management.
4. Client Communication
o Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their cases.
o Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
5. Efficiency and Productivity
o Work efficiently and meet deadlines to ensure all disputes and follow-ups are handled promptly.
o Manage multiple clients and cases simultaneously without compromising quality.
6. Administrative Tasks
o Maintain accurate records of client cases, communication, and dispute progress.
o Prepare reports on client outcomes and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in credit repair or a related field.
• Consumer Law Knowledge: Strong understanding of FCRA, FDCPA, and other consumer protection laws.
• Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with BBB, FTC, CFPB, Credit Repair Cloud (CRC), and Go High Level (GHL).
• Skills:
o Excellent customer service and communication skills.
o Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
o Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Work Hours: Availability to work 8-10 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
• Equipment: Reliable internet connection, computer/laptop, and the ability to work remotely without interruptions.
