SKP Consulting is a rapidly growing credit repair company dedicated to helping individuals achieve financial freedom by improving their credit profiles. We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations, assist with administrative tasks, and help scale our business.

Job Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage emails, client communications, and document preparation.

Scheduling & Appointment Setting: Handle client bookings, follow-ups, and calendar management.

Credit Repair Assistance: Must have working knowledge of the credit repair process, including understanding dispute letters, credit bureaus, and general credit restoration practices.

Web & Design Support: Perform basic web design tasks using WordPress, GoDaddy, or similar platforms.

Graphic Design: Create visually appealing marketing materials using Canva.

Google Suite Management: Organize and maintain spreadsheets, presentations, and documents via Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

Client Communication: Must speak clear and fluent English to assist clients via phone, email, and chat.

Task Management: Maintain efficiency in daily workflows, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Ideal Candidate:
Must have some working knowledge of the credit repair process (experience with dispute handling, credit reports, and credit-related terminology).
Proficient in Canva, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.), and WordPress/GoDaddy.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.
Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Comfortable handling client scheduling and appointment setting.
Adaptable and flexible to handle different administrative tasks as needed.
Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus):
Experience working in the credit repair industry.
Knowledge of CRM tools and automation software.
Social media management experience.
Teachable and willing to adapt—despite prior experience, we value a growth mindset and the ability to learn new systems and strategies.
