Creator/Influencer Recruiter

If you love social media, creators, and have an eye for engaging content, this role is perfect for you.

Your key responsibility will be to source talented UGC creators and micro-influencers who will produce compelling content for GoViral’s partner brands. Your time will primarily be spent scouting social media platforms, identifying creators who align with brand guidelines, and negotiating collaborations. Your ultimate goal is to build and manage a strong network of creators who consistently deliver high-quality, authentic content.

You’ll receive clear guidelines and full support on sourcing the right creators, negotiating fair pricing, and effectively engaging with talent. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our brands’ marketing campaigns by leveraging authentic and influential creator content.

What you will do:
- Source creators (UGC creators and micro-influencers) according to detailed brand guidelines.
- Negotiate fair and competitive pricing with creators for their content.
- Act as the primary point of contact, answering questions and managing relationships with creators.
- Build, maintain, and expand a network of reliable and high-performing creators.
- Regularly update and manage the creator database to reflect active partnerships.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth collaborations and content delivery.
- Provide regular updates and reports on creator collaborations and campaign performance.

About you:
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are a must.
- Passionate about social media trends and creator culture.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable communicating clearly and effectively, both written and verbally.
- Ability to identify creative talent aligned with specific brand aesthetics and goals.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Capable of managing multiple creators and projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset, comfortable working towards targets and KPIs.
