Creator Support Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy TikTok LIVE Creator Support Assistant to manage creator support tickets on Discord. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth communication and problem-solving for TikTok LIVE creators while maintaining organization across various systems. This role is perfect for someone familiar with Discord or eager to learn, who thrives on structure, and enjoys working with tools like Google Sheets and ChatGPT.

Responsibilities:
- Ticket Management: Handle and respond to creator support tickets on Discord with efficiency and professionalism.
- Data Entry: Accurately record and update information on Google Sheets and backend systems.
- Support Communication: Use ChatGPT and other tools to draft professional responses and resolve queries.
- Collaboration: Work with the team to ensure creator issues are resolved promptly and accurately.
- Platform Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with TikTok LIVE and Discord functionalities to provide effective assistance.
- Adherence to Schedule: Maintain set working hours to ensure consistent availability for ticket management.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Discord for professional or personal use (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and backend data entry.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
