We believe in the power of collaboration and storytelling to connect with our audience, and we’re looking for a Creator Outreach and Partnerships Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, has a knack for negotiation, and understands the art of crafting compelling creator briefs.

Your Role:

As a Creator Outreach and Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing talented creators, negotiating partnership deals.

Your ability to communicate effectively, build lasting relationships, and align creators with our brand vision will be critical to driving impactful collaborations.

You will reach out daily to new creators and brief existing creators on creative ideas with the aim to create authentic video content that feels native to the audience.

You will write briefings that are easy to understand for creator.

Key Responsibilities:

Creator Outreach: Proactively source and reach out to potential creators across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with creators, ensuring they feel valued and supported.

Briefing Creation: Develop clear, actionable briefs that communicate campaign goals, deliverables, and brand guidelines.

Negotiation: Negotiate partnership terms, ensuring mutually beneficial deals that align with the brand’s goals and budget.

Campaign Management: Oversee creator collaborations from outreach to execution, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and identify rising creators and content trends that align with our brand.
Performance Analysis: Collaborate with the marketing team to evaluate the success of creator campaigns and optimize future partnerships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Creator Management Experience: Proven track record in sourcing, negotiating, and managing creator partnerships.

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate expectations, brand vision, and feedback to creators.

Understanding of Social Media Trends: Familiarity with the creator economy, platform-specific trends, and emerging content styles.

Negotiation Skills: Confident in closing deals that are beneficial for both the brand and the creator.

Highly Organized: Ability to manage multiple creator relationships and campaigns simultaneously.

Problem-Solving Skills: Adaptable and resourceful in handling challenges that arise during collaborations.
