What You’ll Do:
- Find, onboard, and manage creators and athletes who live and breathe football culture
- Build long-term relationships that feel real, not transactional
- Launch creator-led drops, campaigns, and seeding strategies
- Be the bridge between FLAIR and global football/street content scenes

- Deep understanding of football, internet, and creator culture
- Experience managing creators or talent (brand or agency side)
- Great taste, hustle, and people skills
