Job Description:

Lockard Design Co. is seeking a talented and passionate Creative WordPress Web Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting stunning, user-friendly websites that captivate audiences and drive results for our clients.

Your primary focus will be on front-end design and development, bringing creative concepts to life using WordPress and Elementor. You’ll work on a variety of exciting projects, including those for Christian churches and ministries, contributing to meaningful causes with your exceptional design skills.

Responsibilities:

• Innovative Web Design: Conceptualize and design visually compelling, responsive websites that align with client goals and brand identity.
• User Experience Optimization: Create intuitive user interfaces with a strong focus on user experience (UX) best practices.
• Custom Theme Development: Develop custom WordPress themes using Elementor and other design tools to deliver unique, high-quality websites.
• Graphic Design Integration: Incorporate graphics, images, and multimedia elements to enhance site aesthetics and functionality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.
• Rapid Prototyping: Quickly produce design mockups and prototypes for client presentations and feedback.

Compensation:

• Starting Salary: Competitive salary starting at PHP 28,500 per month (approximately $500) for full-time work (40 hours per week) up to $800/month based on experience.

• Potential Increase: Salary up to PHP 45,600 per month (approximately $800) based on experience, performance, and the incredible designs you bring to our team.

• Hourly Rate: Approximately PHP 178 per hour, with potential increases commensurate with your exceptional talent and contributions.

Working Hours and Time Zone:

• Flexible Schedule: Design your workday to fit your lifestyle while meeting project deadlines.
• Core Hours: Some overlap with our core hours may be required for team collaboration and client meetings.
