What You’ll Do:
Create engaging Instagram content for clients.
Design eye-catching visuals using Canva.
Manage and organize content calendars in Notion.
Implement social media growth strategies and assist in scheduling/automation.
Handle basic administrative tasks and occasional personal tasks.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in Instagram content creation and design.
- Proficient in Canva with a strong portfolio of past work.
- Solid understanding of Instagram best practices and trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English fluency required).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Experience with (or willingness to learn) Notion.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and great at managing time.

What We Offer:
- Starting rate: $5/hour, with potential for performance-based increases over time.
- Flexible schedule – work at your best hours, but must meet reasonable deadlines.
- Most tasks should be completed within 24 hours unless stated otherwise.
