Creative Virtual Assistant - Social Media Content Creation & Outreach

TOAnimate is a Blender Animation academy. With over a thousand students, we teach all aspects of the animation industry and help students sharpen their skills with comprehensive (University level) curriculums.
We're also an online animation studio that creates 3D animations & cinematics for other companies.

The Role:
We're looking for a creative virtual assistant to become a part of our growing team here at TOAnimate.
We require help with social media & email content creation and help with outreach to possible clients & affiliates.
As an animation academy and studio, it would be very beneficial if you have not only an eye for design and appeal but also knowledge of animation,

Main Tasks:
CREATIVE
- Assist with content creation: drafting engaging newsletters, industry updates, infographics and blogs that resonate both with aspiring and established animators.
- Create and manage social media posts focused on 3D animation tips and trends to build our online community and brand presence.
ADMIN
- Reaching out to businesses that might require high-quality animation services (game cinematics, promos & product launches).
- Affiliate Outreach: Identify and connect with potential affiliates (content creators & blogs) who share our passion for animation
- Reaching out to animation studios and schools to showcase our offerings (via E-mail).
and would like to become affiliates of TOAnimate.


What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to craft engaging content across various formats.
- Experience in social media management, and digital content creation (eye for appealing visuals).
- Passion for Animation: A genuine enthusiasm for the animation industry and a desire to contribute to its growth.
- Willingness to learn
