Are you a creative storyteller with a knack for making scroll-stopping, fun, and engaging short-form videos? Do you stay on top of social media trends and know how to blend humor, wit, and education into powerful Instagram and Facebook Reels? If so, we want you on our team!

### **Who We Are:**
We’re a **new and growing educational startup** dedicated to helping **junior U.S.-based medical students** navigate their journey with confidence and clarity. We’re looking for a **long-term creative partner** who is passionate about content creation and ready to grow with us!

### **What You’ll Do:**
- **Create & edit** high-quality, engaging short-form videos (primarily Reels under 30 seconds) using provided footage.
- **Incorporate trends, humor, and wit** to make educational content entertaining.
- **Add text overlays, captions, background music, and effects** to enhance videos.
- **Post daily Reels** on Instagram and Facebook.
- **Research and implement trending audio, Upgrade to see actual infos, and formats** that resonate with our audience.
- **Collaborate on creative strategies** to improve reach and engagement.

### **What We’re Looking For:**
- **Experience in video editing & social media management** (please provide samples).
- **A deep understanding of Instagram & Facebook trends, algorithms, and engagement tactics.**
- **Creativity!** The ability to make educational content fun, witty, and highly engaging.
- **A strong eye for detail** to ensure clean, professional-quality edits.
- **Reliability & commitment** to a long-term partnership.
- **Great communication skills & ability to take feedback.**
