Creative Strategist/Virtual Assistant

We are an advertising agency that builds ad campaigns for a number of different types of businesses. We primarily run Facebook ads for our clients. Those Facebook ads require a lot of creative launches every week.

We are looking for a virtual assistant who can also be our creative strategist.

We are looking for a part-time position at this time, and depending on the performance of the candidate, potentially moving into a full-time position. We will require daytime availability during Pacific Time (Vancouver) hours from Mon-Fri.

The candidate will be required to build 20-30 creative assets every week for us to launch for our clients. The candidate will also be asked to do administrative tasks for us in the day to day, such as compiling data, building reports, creating email templates, filling out excel sheets with daily stats, etc.

The perfect candidate will be excellent with using creative design softwares like photoshop or canva, has experience editing and creating video creatives, and ideally has had experience with marketing and building creatives for advertising purposes in the past!

If you have landing page design experience, or experience designing brochures and proposals, that is a bonus, but is not required.
