We are seeking a Creative Strategist who will play a critical role in developing and executing high-performing paid ad creatives across platforms like
This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and execution.
You’ll collaborate with creators, editors, and our marketing team to deliver ads that resonate, inspire, and convert.
Responsibilities
Content Sourcing and Creator Outreach
Identify and contact UGC creators and influencers to produce engaging ad content.
Manage relationships with creators, ensuring clear communication and timely deliverables.
Build a pipeline of content sources, from freelance creators to studios.
Creative Ideation and Scriptwriting
Conduct research to develop compelling ad angles and concepts based on audience insights, trends, and competitor analysis.
Write effective scripts and briefs for UGC creators and in-house editors.
Create detailed storyboards and messaging frameworks for video ads.
Ad Production Management
Work closely with in-house video editors to bring creative concepts to life.
Oversee content editing, ensuring ads are aligned with the creative brief, audience expectations, and brand guidelines.
Provide clear feedback to editors to iterate on creatives quickly.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization
Analyze creative performance using metrics such as CTR, ROAS, CPA, and engagement rates.
Use data to inform iterations on scripts, hooks, and visuals.
Regularly test new creative formats, messaging, and angles to optimize performance.
Trend and Competitor Research
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, viral content, and best practices for Meta, and other ad platforms.
Monitor competitor ads and identify winning creative strategies for inspiration.
Qualifications
Experience:
Junior level - will train only the most committed candidates
5+ years of experience in a creative, content strategy, or paid ads role (agency or brand-side).
Proven experience in developing UGC ad creatives or performance-driven video ads.
Strong understanding of paid social media platforms

Skills:
Exceptional scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work with creators and internal teams.
Ability to analyze creative performance data and make strategic recommendations.
Familiarity with tools like Asana, Notion, Google Docs, and ad performance dashboards.
Basic knowledge of video editing processes (experience with editors is a plus).
