Creative Strategist – Paid Social (Meta Ads)

SmilePro is a leader in the oral care e-commerce space in Australia and worldwide.
We are looking for a Creative Strategist with a passion for ad creative development and a strong understanding of what makes social media ads convert.

We will provide extensive training in Meta Ads management, so you can develop both creative and technical skills.

Position Details
• Position: Creative Strategist – Paid Social (Full-Time, Remote)
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Rate: PHP 70,000 per month (paid weekly)
• Pay negotiable depending on skills and experience
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PHT (Includes a 1-hour lunch break) – Monday to Friday
• Start Date: ASAP
• Experience Level: 2+ years in digital content creation, social media marketing, or related fields

About the Role
This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on with content creation and understands how to craft high-converting ad creatives.
You will be responsible for:
• Designing and producing engaging ad creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
• Developing ad concepts based on market trends and competitor insights.
• Testing and optimizing creatives to maximize performance.
• Learning media buying through our training program to enhance your skillset
This is an opportunity to become a full-stack ad creative expert—from concept and execution to performance analysis and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Development & Production
• Research and identify high-performing ad trends in the e-commerce space.
• Design and edit static images, videos, GIFs, and animations for paid social ads.
• Develop multiple creative variations to test different angles, messaging, and visual styles.
• Work with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
Creative Testing & Optimization
• Run A/B tests to determine which creative elements drive the best results.
• Analyze performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.) and iterate on creatives based on data insights.
• Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and visual storytelling to improve conversions.
Media Buying Training & Development
• Participate in comprehensive training on Meta Ads management (campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, and optimization).
• Learn how to apply creative insights to ad performance analysis.
• Gain hands-on experience in scaling winning creatives and audience testing.

What We’re Looking For
• Strong graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar tools).
• Experience in creating high-performing ad creatives for social media.
• Understanding of direct response marketing and conversion-focused design.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous testing and improvement.
• A strong desire to learn media buying and expand your skillset.

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred)
• Experience with e-commerce or Shopify brands, especially in health, beauty, or oral care.
• Knowledge of UGC-style content, influencer collaboration, and viral marketing trends.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads campaign setup and management.
