We’re looking for a visionary Creative Strategist & Director to lead our brand’s creative direction and strategy, ensuring we connect deeply with our audience and stand out in a competitive market.

Role Overview:
As the Creative Strategist & Director, you will be the driving force behind our brand’s creative vision and strategy. You will lead the development of compelling campaigns, oversee brand storytelling, and ensure all creative outputs align with our mission and business goals. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, creative execution, and leadership to elevate our brand and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Develop and refine the brand’s creative strategy, ensuring it resonates with our target audience and differentiates us in the market.
- Define and maintain the brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints.

2. Creative Direction:
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, print, etc.).
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including photography, video, and copy, that aligns with the brand’s vision.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and external agencies to bring creative ideas to life.

3. Campaign Development:
- Plan and execute end-to-end campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Use data and insights to optimize campaigns and ensure they deliver measurable results.

4. Storytelling & Messaging:
- Craft compelling narratives that communicate the brand’s mission, values, and product benefits.
- Ensure all messaging is consistent, impactful, and tailored to our audience’s needs.

5. Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of creatives, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Provide clear direction and feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align creative efforts with business objectives.
- Partner with the product team to ensure creative campaigns highlight the unique features and benefits of our footwear.

7. Trendspotting & Innovation:
- Stay ahead of industry trends and consumer insights to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
- Experiment with new creative formats and platforms to engage our audience in innovative ways.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 1+ years in a creative strategy and/or director role, preferably within the DTC, fashion, or wellness industries.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, brand storytelling, and creative direction.
- Skills:
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong visual and verbal storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Passion: A genuine interest in health, wellness, and footwear innovation.
