Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Expert specializing in Static Ads, Video Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns that drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve ROI targets. You will also be responsible for analyzing competitor strategies, developing successful creatives, and implementing advanced testing and scaling strategies to boost campaign performance. If you have a strong eye for impactful design, a passion for data-driven results, and a deep understanding of Meta’s advertising platforms, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:


-- Plan, create, and manage a variety of static and video ad campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
-- Spy on competitors using tools such as Facebook Ads Library, and other platforms to analyze competitors’ successful strategies, ad creatives, targeting, and audience engagement.
-- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality static visuals and video content that outperform competitors’ creatives.
-- Develop winning creatives based on competitive analysis, ensuring that visuals, copy, and formats align with current market trends and audience preferences.
-- Conduct A/B testing on various ad elements (creatives, copy, formats) to determine high-performing combinations.
-- Create and implement testing strategies, including multi-phase testing for new creatives, audiences, and ad copy to identify the most successful elements before scaling.
-- Scale campaigns effectively, using successful test results to increase ad spend while maintaining or improving performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI).
-- Analyze and optimize campaigns to meet performance goals (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI), adjusting ad spend, targeting, and creatives as needed.
-- Monitor competitors' ad performance over time, adjusting your own strategy to stay ahead in the market.
-- Develop and execute scaling strategies, including gradual budget increases, duplicating successful campaigns, and targeting expansion to reach larger audiences without sacrificing profitability.
-- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and features on Meta ads platforms, applying best practices to ensure optimal performance.
-- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
-- Coordinate with the broader marketing team to ensure ad campaigns align with overall brand strategy.
-- Manage and monitor ad spend budgets, ensuring campaigns remain cost-effective while achieving KPIs.
-- Handle remarketing and lookalike audience strategies to engage potential customers effectively.
-- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to ad performance or technical glitches.
