We’re on the lookout for a Creative Content Strategist to join our growing team! Our brands span multiple e-commerce niches, including home decor and the lighting industry. If you’re passionate about crafting scroll-stopping content and developing creative strategies for platforms like Facebook / Instagram / Pinterest.
What You'll Do

- Content Creation: Develop engaging and on-brand content using tools like Canva and adcreative.ai templates. You’ll customize templates with our unique branding, USPs, and compelling visuals.
- Creative Strategy: Design innovative strategies with unique hooks, angles, and messaging that stand out in the competitive e-commerce space.
- Branding & USP Integration: Skillfully incorporate our USPs and branding into ads and ensure the messaging resonates with our audience while driving conversions.
- Copywriting for Ads: Use persuasive copywriting techniques to create ads that inspire action and lead customers to purchase.
- Collaboration Management: Work with content creators and influencers to deliver authentic, high-quality campaigns.
- KPI Analysis: Manage creative dashboards and sheets, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies for maximum results.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in content creation and strategy development for platforms like Facebook, Instagram
- Proficiency in Canva and adcreative.ai, with the ability to adapt templates to reflect branding and USPs.
- Strong understanding of copywriting principles to create convincing ad copy that drives sales.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage collaborations and campaign workflows.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
