Our e-commerce skincare group is seeking a talented Creative Strategist Assistant / Marketing Assistant to help manage our creative and content production projects, assisting our marketing team in creating Facebook ads and UGC content.

Your mission is to manage relationships with content creators and generate new ideas for our ads. You will also oversee the video editing team to ensure the quality of the marketing videos we produce.

This role offers a growth path to becoming a Creative Strategist Manager as you prove your skills and take on more responsibilities.

You're joining a team that is on track to becoming a recognized 9-figure brand within the next three years, with a focus on disrupting our industry through advanced anti-aging products that deliver results from the very first use.


Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships, communication, and search for content creators (actresses for ads, UGC creators, videographers, photographers).
- Brief content creators and ensure quality assurance.
- Brief video editors for ad creation using the provided content (training provided).
- Assist the Marketing Manager in task assignments for video editors and copywriters.
- Review ad performance and identify angles for new ads.
- Use spy tools to analyze high-performing ads and new social trends we can leverage.

Requirements:
- Creativity and passion for creative work.
- Previous experience in one of the following roles: marketing assistant, video editor, copywriter, content/creative strategist, or any other creative position related to ads.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Effective & clear communicator with perfect English proficiency.
- Extremely detail-oriented.
- Quick learner and fast executor.
- Highly reliable and able to meet deadlines.



Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $1,500 - $3,000 (depending on experience).
Earning Potential: $1,500 - $6,000 with bonuses, increasing as you take on more responsibilities.
Performance Bonuses: Up to $500 per winning campaign you help create.
Schedule: 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday (Ideally 10 AM - 7 PM GMT+4).
