What you’ll do
Develop and execute creative strategies that align with business goals, target audiences, and brand identity.
Conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscapes to inform creative direction.
Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for a variety of platforms (web, social media, ads,
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product, etc.) to brainstorm, conceptualize, and present creative concepts for campaigns.
Oversee the development and execution of creative campaigns, ensuring messaging aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
Track and analyze the performance of creative. Also initiatives, using insights to refine strategies and enhance future campaigns.
Organize production schedules for campaigns across multiple channels
What you’ll need
3-5 years of experience in creative strategy, content creation, or a related field, ideally within an agency, marketing, or creative department.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an ability to create engaging and on-brand copy.
Strong research skills, with experience gathering and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to inform creative work.
Ability to develop creative briefs, articulate strategic ideas, and translate insights into creative concepts.
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, brand positioning, and the creative process.
