Job Description:
We are looking for a creative strategist to support our team by creating scripts and editing the creatives in the different markets where we want to expand.

Content Creation and Strategy
Develop detailed and precise video ad scripts, collaborating closely with the team to align on creative vision.
Edit creatives and video content to optimize performance across platforms.
Propose and test new marketing strategies and creative approaches, including platform-specific ideas for TikTok,Facebook, and Pinterest ads.
Analysis and Reporting
Conduct competitor analysis and product research to identify trends and new concepts worth testing.
Provide comprehensive performance reports and data-driven insights to improve future campaigns.
Collaborative Development
Brainstorm and develop creative ideas to keep ads engaging and relevant.
Advise on scaling strategies for ads on different platforms, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Qualifications
Proven experience managing Facebook Ads; knowledge of TikTok and Google Ads is a strong bonus.
Demonstrable creative skills, with an ability to produce and edit creative that resonates with target audiences.
Experience in data-driven testing, analysis, and campaign scaling, using insights to make impactful changes.
Skills in market research and competitor analysis, with an understanding of current trends.
Strong analytical mindset, detail-oriented with excellent communication and time management skills.
