Job Role: Creative Strategist
Work Schedule: TBC
Salary range: 2000 - 2500 AUD

Employment Type: Full Time (Independent Contractor)

Who We Are: At Hunt St we help Aussie companies directly hire top 5% remote talent in the Philippines & Nepal. You will be hired directly by the client, we are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home. Australia is only 2 hours ahead of the Philippines and 4 hours ahead of Nepal, so the working hours are typically much better than working for a European or North American company.

Who The Client Is: The client is an Australian women's health ecommerce brand.

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Creative Strategist to write scripts, edit videos and create video advertisements to be run on advertising platforms and other social media platforms (E.G. Meta).

Key Responsibilities:

-Script, and edit engaging creative videos to drive sales and conversions
-Design and create static images of advertisements
-Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our creative initiatives.
-Present concepts and strategies to senior management and stakeholders, effectively communicating creative vision and rationale.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

-Experience working for international companies in either North America, Australia, Singapore, or Europe.
-Strong experience in video scripting, and editing very engaging videos
-Strong understanding of copywriting psychology
-Use of creative software: canva, premier pro, final cut, cap cut
-Use of AI programs such as Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Eleven Labs, Invideo
-Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, brand development, and digital marketing initiatives.
-Deep understanding of branding, design principles, digital platforms, and emerging technologies.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines under pressure.

Bonus: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in creative software and tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.).
