Creative Project Management

We are seeking a Creative Project Manager to oversee the coordination and workflow of our real estate production team, which includes photographers and an editing department. This role is crucial in ensuring that property shoots are efficiently organized, tasks are properly set up, and projects are seamlessly transferred to our project management platform, ClickUp. The Creative Project Manager will act as the central point of communication between photographers, editors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage property shoots, ensuring all tasks are created, tracked, and assigned in ClickUp.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with the photography and editing teams regarding project timelines, shoot details, and deliverables.
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time and meet the company’s quality standards.
- Regularly monitor project progress and proactively address any delays or issues that arise.
- Collaborate with clients, photographers, and editors to gather necessary assets, feedback, and approvals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any problems related to scheduling, editing, or delivery.
- Ensure that all property images and videos are properly organized and stored for easy access by the team.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation and ensure accurate tracking of project statuses within ClickUp.
- Continuously improve workflow processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy in project management.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in project management, preferably in creative or production environments:
- Familiarity with real estate production and a strong understanding of the workflows associated with photography and video editing.
- Proficiency in ClickUp or other project management software is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with great attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate smooth coordination between teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with real estate photography or media production.
- Knowledge of photography, video production, or editing processes.
- Understanding of file management and version control systems.
