JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview:
As the Creative Production Lead, you will lead the creative direction of our projects, blending strategy and innovation to produce fresh, impactful campaigns. A significant part of your role involves creating compelling TikTok/Facebook content strategies—storyboarding angles, scripts, and concepts for videos/photos that are relatable and authentic. You’ll oversee the creative process from ideation to execution, ensuring client satisfaction and impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

Short-Form Content Expertise
Pre-Production
Storyboarding
Planning
Requisition of materials, equipment, etc.
scheduling

Production
Shooting
Setting up of equipment (lighting, etc.)
Directing the client / subject matter
Executing on the plan + storyboard

Post-Production
Editing

Creative Leadership:
Lead the creative vision for all projects, ensuring output is innovative, on-brand, and effective.
Oversee the creative team’s work, including designs, graphics, and multimedia content, to maintain the highest quality standards.
Manage the creative process from ideation to execution, providing feedback and direction.

Client Engagement and Onsite Requirements:
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into creative strategies.
Be available for occasional onsite shoots and meetings when requested by clients.

Project Management:
Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met without compromising quality.
Oversee the creation of all visual and creative assets, ensuring alignment with client goals and market trends.

Innovation and Trend Awareness:
Keep up with the latest trends in digital marketing and design to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Advocate for creative experimentation to maintain innovation and relevance.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Creative Production Lead or similar role in a digital marketing or creative agency.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative leadership, TikTok/Facebook-specific campaigns, and visual storytelling.
Expertise in storyboarding, scripting, and directing TikTok/Facebook and social media content.
Hands-on experience with video production and editing.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills in a remote work setup.
Strong communication and presentation skills with both internal teams and clients.
Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Filmora, Capcut or similar platforms.
