Creative Online Marketer/Copywriter

We are seeking a Creative Online Marketer with a passion for developing innovative hooks/angles and generic ad ideas and a keen eye for competitor research. This is a full-time remote position with a base salary of $750 per month. No freelancing on the side—we are looking for someone fully dedicated to our growing performance marketing agency.

Job Overview: As a key player on our team, you’ll help generate fresh ad concepts and variations of successful campaigns, focusing on affiliate marketing. A crucial part of this role involves searching platforms like TikTok, Pinterest, Meta, and Instagram to find source footage, competitor insights, and creative inspiration. If you love exploring online trends, competitors, and finding engaging content ideas, this job is for you!

Primary Responsibilities:
- Search platforms like TikTok, Pinterest, Meta, and Instagram to find inspiration, competitor content, and source footage for new ads.
- Write compelling ad copy that grabs attention and drives conversions.
- Develop creative angles and hooks to maximise user engagement.
- Create variations of already successful campaigns to improve performance and conversion rates.
- Produce a high volume of social media ads using performance marketing tactics for e-commerce and affiliate marketing.
- Stay innovative while maintaining productivity in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Qualifications:
- Strong copywriting skills, with experience creating content that drives clicks and conversions.
- Creative thinker who can develop unique, out-of-the-box ideas for ad campaigns.
- Enjoys researching and discovering competitors' strategies and trends across platforms like TikTok, Pinterest, Meta, and Instagram.
- Knowledge of performance marketing tactics and optimizing Click-Through Rates (CTRs).
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once and meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborative team player, able to work closely with designers and media buyers.
- High attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality content at scale.
