About the Role
We are seeking an innovative Creative Director (Social Media) to lead our social media strategy, content production, and brand storytelling. This role requires a strategic thinker who can blend creativity with data-driven insights to grow our audience, increase engagement, and drive revenue. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our social media presence aligns seamlessly with our marketing and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute a social media strategy that strengthens brand positioning, increases engagement, and generates leads.
Identify and expand our presence on key social media platforms.
Oversee content calendars, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual branding.
2. Creative Direction & Content Development
Lead the ideation, production, and execution of high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written copy.
Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and business objectives.
Stay ahead of social media trends and integrate innovative content strategies.
3. Community Engagement & Brand Voice
Foster an active and engaged online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
Implement strategies to humanize the brand and create authentic connections with the audience.
4. Performance Tracking & Optimization
Analyze social media metrics and campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize content and engagement strategies.
A/B test different content formats, captions, and posting times to maximize reach and conversions.
5. Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
Provide guidance to designers, video editors, and content creators to maintain a cohesive visual and storytelling style.
Qualifications
**Experience: 5+ years in social media marketing, content creation, or creative direction with a proven track record of engagement and lead generation.
**Leadership: Experience managing creative teams and driving projects from concept to execution.
**Strategic Thinking: Ability to blend creativity with analytics to develop high-impact social media campaigns.
**Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
**Content Expertise: Strong understanding of short-form and long-form content strategies, video production, and graphic design principles.
**Communication: Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and presentation skills.
