**Role: Creative Marketing Assistant**

At RMD Profiles, we specialise in providing innovative solutions for the construction industry, and we're looking for a passionate Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their marketing skills, build a portfolio, and play a key role in enhancing our online presence.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Content Creation & Visual Storytelling:** Create high-quality, compelling video and photographic content using advanced drone and camera technology. Showcase our projects, people, and expertise in engaging, visually appealing formats.
- **Content Editing & Design:** Edit video, images, and graphics to create impactful marketing materials and social media content. Turn raw footage into polished assets that reflect our brand identity.
- **On-Site Engagement:** Convert our construction sites captured authentic content that demonstrates our work in action, ensuring each piece tells a story.
- **Social Media & Digital Marketing:** Develop, schedule, and manage social media posts to promote our services, share industry insights, and connect with our target audience.
- **Brand Amplification:** Work closely with the MD who is a marketing coach also to learn form the industry leaders in business coaching and marketing to enhance the company's online presence and reputation, helping our clients and projects shine across all platforms.
- **Learning & Development:** Develop your marketing knowledge, from strategy to execution, through hands-on experience, training, and mentorship utilising the MD's online suite of training videos and attend online group training and trouble shoot seminars

**What We’re Looking For:**
- **Creative & Visual Thinker:** You have a keen eye for design, with an interest in capturing images and videos that tell a story and connect with an audience.
- **Passion for Marketing:** A genuine enthusiasm for marketing, branding, and the construction industry.
- **Technical Aptitude:** Basic knowledge of video and photography equipment (training provided), with an eagerness to learn more.
- **Excellent Communication Skills:** Strong written and verbal communication abilities; you know how to get a message across clearly and creatively.
- **Tech-Savvy & Organised:** Comfortable using social media tools, content management systems, and basic design software (experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus).
- **Proactive & Ambitious:** Self-motivated with a passion for learning, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
