- Ensure all graphic design tasks, refine projects and draft and generate creative ideas
- Develop and manage all aspects of design and creative output
- Accountable for online and offline output and success of the design and creative department
- Ensures production and design of graphic art and production materials are aligned with brand and production standards
- Supervise projects to ensure that all materials ordered arrive upon agreed time and are in good shape to obtain maximum results
- Ensure that job deadlines are met in due time, ensuring that job quality is nothing short of the best
- Ensure that the department create and maintain files for all creative assets and resources, such as software, art
materials, and special fonts, which are needed for record keeping and referencing
- Evaluate and manage production resources to enhance high productivity and allocations
- Facilitate product campaigns and marketing via various channels and other landing pages to boost client to
customer interactions
- Liaise with other members to maximise creativity and excellence in performance
and delivery
- Ensure that photo and videography are produced to the highest standards that excite customers
- Ensure marketing materials are delivered on time and with accuracy
- Ensure strict adherence in monitoring project calendar and deadline
- Keep track and stay on course of budgeting and P&L bottom-line
- Any other duties as and when assigned
