Creative Director for Marketing Agency (FB Ads)

We need a full time creative director to join our agency.

Your responsibilities would be all the creative side of running ads: coming up with creatives concepts, storyboarding, making video ad scripts, finding competitor winning ads in both video and image format, coming up with advertising ideas for new brands in their static image ads and UGC ads and overall video ads, etc etc.

So you need to come from a creative background to be a candidate. You need to have intimate familiarity with what works in the online advertising space in the USA and EU markets.

You'll work with our team of UGC creators, video editor, and graphics designers to guide and shape their work.

This is a full time, long term job. Only serious candidates will be looked at. To apply, please answer the following questions:

5. Imagine you're selling blankets for babies with a stuffed animal attached to one corner, and you have to guide our creators with the product to take good photos for ads. What would you have them do?

We're looking to hire fast. Base salary is $800 a month, with performance bonuses getting you up to $2k monthly.
