Creative Director (E-commerce VSL) - FULL TIME + Bonuses

Our e-commerce skincare group is seeking a talented Creative Strategist Manager to manage our creative and content production projects, helping our marketing team create Facebook ads and Upgrade to see actual info content.
Your mission is to manage all the creative marketing parts, coming up with new ideas and bringing them to reality, working with UGC actresses or our doctors.

You will also have to oversee the video editors team to control the quality of the marketing videos we produce.
You will earn bonuses on winning campaigns as your role is pivotal in crafting engaging, fast-paced ads and VSL that not only boost sales but grab attention like nothing else on the market. You're joining a team that's on track to become a recognized 9-figure brand within the next 3 years, with a focus on disrupting our industry with advanced anti-aging products that deliver results from the very first use.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the relationship, communication and search of content creators (actresses for ads, UGC creators, videographers, photographers)
- Brief the content creators and do quality assurance
- Brief the video editors for ad creations using the provided content (you’ll get training too)
- Assist Marketing manager in task assignments for video editors and copywriters
- Review ad performance and find angles for new ads
- Find current high-performing ads on spy tools to analyze, and new social trends we can swipe

Requirements:
- Creativity and passion for creative work
- Previously worked in one of these positions: marketing assistant, video editor, copywriter, content / creative strategist, or any other creative position related to ads
- Great organizational skills
- Effective & clear communicator, perfect english level
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Quick learner and fast doer
- Extremely reliable and meets deadlines

Compensation: $2000 - $3000 base salary based on background. Earning range is $3000-$6000 with bonuses and will increase as you take on more responsibilities.
Performance Bonuses: Monthly bonuses up to $500 for each winning campaign you helped create
Schedule: 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday, ideally 10am to 7pm GMT +4.
