Creative Designer for E-Commerce Image Ads

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a strong background in creating high-converting image ads for e-commerce. The ideal candidate is skilled in crafting original, engaging designs that effectively showcase products and drive clicks. This is NOT a Canva-only position — we’re looking for someone who can:

-Create custom designs without relying solely on templates.
-Design scroll-stopping ads optimized for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
-Conceptualize and execute A/B test variations for ad creatives.
-Work collaboratively with the marketing team to align visuals with the brand's strategy.

Experience in e-commerce and a portfolio demonstrating successful ad campaigns are highly desired.
