Creative Designer & Developer

Position Overview
Join a fast-growing design and marketing agency focused on transforming digital experiences for the medical and aesthetic industries. This role offers the opportunity to lead innovative design projects and contribute directly to our clients' success. We are seeking a talented and versatile Creative Designer & Developer with expertise in creative design and front-end development.

This role will focus on delivering exceptional web experiences and compelling sales and marketing collateral for doctors, cosmetic surgery clinics, and aesthetic medicine services.

The ideal candidate is tenacious, eager to learn, highly collaborative, and client-focused. They take initiative, work on complex projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Design & Visual Development
? Design engaging visuals, graphics, and layouts using Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, and Webflow.
? Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
? Utilize AI tools to enhance design efficiency and creative output.

2. Website Development & Maintenance
? Build and maintain client websites on WordPress and Webflow.
? Implement responsive designs that offer seamless user experiences across devices.
? Integrate marketing strategies into development for cohesive brand representation.

3. Sales and Marketing Collateral Development
? Design brochures, presentations, social media assets, and other marketing materials that align with the client’s brand identity.
? Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure visual assets meet strategic goals.

4. Collaboration & Client Communication
? Work closely with internal teams to conceptualize and execute projects.
? Participate in client meetings to understand project goals and provide design insights.

5. Continuous Learning & Improvement
? Stay updated on design trends, new tools, and technologies to enhance creative output.
? Proactively seek solutions and strive for continuous improvement in design and development processes.

Qualifications: Required Experience & Skills
? Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Webflow, Canva, and WordPress.
? Experience in front-end web development with a strong focus on design integration.
? Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive web design.
? Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
? Collaborative and team-oriented with strong communication skills (written and verbal English proficiency required).
? Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite or similar platforms).
? Creative problem-solving in fast-paced agency environments.
Preferred Qualifications
? Familiarity with the medical and aesthetic industry.
? Experience working in a marketing or creative agency.
? Knowledge of basic SEO principles and web performance optimization.
? Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation tools.
