We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Brand Designer to help us build and manage client brands — from logos and brand kits to social media, YouTube, and online course materials.
Hi, I’m Coleman, owner of a creative agency based in the U.S. We work with clients to produce YouTube shows, podcasts, courses, and marketing content, and we manage their brands long-term — not just one-time projects.
Ideally looking for an artist — someone who can take creative ideas and turn them into professional designs. We want a team player who can collaborate well, give and receive feedback, and work realistically with deadlines.
What This Role Looks Like:
You’ll work with us to create and maintain brand visuals for multiple clients, including:
• Logos (new designs and updates to existing brands)
• Color palettes and font selections
• Brand guidelines (PDF) to show clients how to use their brand
• Templates for YouTube thumbnails, social posts, and course slide decks
• Lower thirds, title cards, and overlays for videos
• New graphics or materials as clients’ needs evolve
You’ll Be Responsible For:
Brand Development & Logo Design:
• Designing logos and brand elements (primary, secondary, icon versions)
• Creating professional brand guides (colors, fonts, visual style)
• Developing templates for social media, YouTube, and course materials
Ongoing Brand Support:
• Updating existing brand materials
• Designing new graphics for events, promotions, and ongoing campaigns
• Providing lower thirds and video graphics for our editors
Content & Marketing Design:
• Designing social media content (posts, carousels, stories)
• Creating YouTube thumbnails, podcast cover art
• Designing course slides, PDFs, workbooks
• Making ads, lead magnets, and other marketing materials
Who We’re Really Looking For:
• An artist — someone who loves design and storytelling through visuals
• A Open person — collaborative, open to feedback, and realistic about deadlines
• Someone who can take creative ideas and turn them into polished, client-ready designs
• Someone who cares about quality over quantity — we’re not looking for someone to “do it all” but to do great work in this area
What You Need to Succeed:
• Strong design skills — modern, clean, professional designs
• Proficiency in Canva Pro and Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience creating logos, brand guides, social content, and templates
• Great attention to detail — everything aligned, consistent, and polished
• Good communication — responsive and open to collaboration
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Available to coordinate with U.S. Central Time (Dallas, TX, UTC-5) when needed
Nice to Have (Bonus but Not Required):
• Experience designing course slides, workbooks, and learning materials
• Familiarity with video branding (title cards, lower thirds, overlays)
• Experience working with YouTubers, podcasters, and online educators
• Knowledge of marketing and sales design (lead magnets, ad graphics)
Note: You do NOT need to be a video editor — we are hiring editors separately.
Hours & Commitment:
• Part-time: 40 hours/month (room to grow as we grow)
• Long-term role — we manage client brands on an ongoing basis
• Flexible schedule, as long as deadlines are met
To Apply, Please Send:
1. Portfolio of your best work (logos, brand kits, YouTube/social media graphics)
2. A short message on your experience creating and managing brand materials
3. Your preferred hourly rate
4. Include “Creative Team” in your message so I know you read the full listing
Looking forward to meeting someone who loves to create and collaborate!
Truly,
Coleman Anthony
