Dear,

For our Dutch e-commerce business, we are looking for a Creative Analyst with strong experience in photo ads and Facebook Ads Manager to join our team for the long term. You must have a deep understanding of the entire ad creation, testing, and launching process and be highly skilled in communication. Please answer the following questions if you are interested:
• Do you have experience creating photo ads for e-commerce brands?
• Do you have experience working with Facebook Ads Manager to analyze ad performance?
• Have you worked with health & beauty brands before?
• Can you identify pain points in a funnel and create ad angles based on them?
• Are you able to set up and launch a CBO campaign with structured ad sets?
• Are you available for 6-8 hours a day, 5-6 days a week?

As a Creative Analyst, you have:
• At least 1 year of experience in photo ad creation and optimization (Must!)
• Strong data analysis skills in Facebook Ads Manager (Must!)
• Experience with Facebook Ad Library and ad research (Must!)
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills (Must!)
• Excellent English communication skills (Must!)
• Ability to launch and manage CBO campaigns with structured ad sets (Must!)
• CBO campaign structure: 5 ad sets, each representing a unique product angle
• Each ad set must contain 5 ad variations based on that angle
• Understanding of budget allocation and optimization within CBO
• Experience working with health & beauty e-commerce brands (Pre)
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or Figma (Pre)

Your duties will be:
• Analyzing the pain points from the funnel and product pages.
• Creating and testing multiple variations of photo ads based on those insights.
• Setting up and launching Upgrade to see actual info campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager with a structured approach.
• Tracking ad performance and optimizing creatives based on data and KPIs.
• Iterating on ad creatives continuously to improve CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Staying updated with industry trends and best practices for high-converting ads.
