We are a fast-growing lead generation agency that helps businesses scale through strategic marketing and high-converting ads. We are looking for a Creative Ad Specialist / Marketing VA who is an expert in video and photo editing to produce high-performing ad creatives for our clients.

This role is perfect for someone who is highly skilled in video editing, design, copywriting, and marketing strategy. You will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and testing ad creatives based on performance data while ensuring each client gets high-quality marketing assets that convert.

Responsibilities
- Expert-Level Video & Photo Editing for Ads: Transform client content into engaging ad creatives using Premiere Pro, Canva, AI editing tools, and other industry-leading software.
- Work with the Ad Management Team: Analyze ad performance metrics and create high-performing ad creatives.
- Create Visually Stunning Ad Creatives: Design high-quality static and video ads optimized for different platforms, including
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Strong Copywriting Skills: Write compelling ad copy, headlines, and CTAs that drive conversions.
Optimize & Create Unique Offers: Collaborate with the team to develop high-converting offers for clients.
- A/B Testing & Performance-Based Adjustments: Continuously test new ad styles, visuals, and copy to improve conversion rates.

Requirements
? Expert in Video & Photo Editing – Advanced experience in Premiere Pro, AI editing tools, and Canva for ad creatives.
? Proven experience in digital marketing & ad creative design.
? Skilled in Copywriting – Must know how to write high-converting ad copy, headlines, and hooks.
? Knowledge of Meta Ads – Understanding high-converting ad creatives & strategies for Facebook & Instagram.
? Strong design & branding sense – Knows what works for different industries.
? Ability to analyze ad performance data and adjust creatives accordingly.
? Experience with A/B testing and ad optimization.
? Fast learner & adaptable to new trends and marketing strategies.
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred)
? Experience in motion graphics and advanced video effects for ad creatives.
? Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM.
? Experience in e-commerce and lead generation ads.
