JOB OVERVIEW

We're seeking a proactive Corporate Rental Marketing Specialist to expand our corporate rental bookings through targeted outreach. The ideal candidate will excel in email marketing, lead generation, and building relationships with HR departments and travel managers.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Aweber, targeting HR professionals and travel managers
Build and maintain a targeted contact list using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools
Create compelling content for email campaigns, highlighting our corporate rental benefits
Segment email lists and tailor messaging to specific industries and company sizes
Personalize outreach efforts and craft engaging subject lines
Design and implement incentive programs for corporate clients
Establish and follow up on a strategic outreach schedule
Track and analyze campaign performance, conducting A/B tests to optimize results
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations
Log all contact interactions and results in a Google Sheet, serving as a simple CRM
Collaborate virtually with corporate relocation services to expand our reach
Requirements:
Proven experience in email marketing and lead generation
Strong understanding of corporate travel and accommodation needs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in using Aweber for email marketing campaigns
Active LinkedIn Sales Navigator account and experience using the platform
Experience with Google Sheets for tracking leads and interactions
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
Knowledge of email marketing best practices and regulations
Strong virtual networking and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the hospitality or corporate housing industry
Familiarity with various industries and their corporate housing needs
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies
Experience with virtual tour creation and property photography
This is a results-driven position with growth potential based on performance. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our corporate rental business and building long-term relationships with key clients.

Email
open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
