Role Overview
In this role, you will oversee a team of content creation, perform quality assurance, proofreading, and take ownership of project workflows to ensure consistent excellence across all deliverables with your team. This position requires advanced expertise in copywriting and project management, making it ideal for a candidate who is detail-oriented, organized, and highly experienced in delivering client-ready content. Key Responsibilities
Proofreading & QA:
- Review all deliverables to ensure they meet the highest standards for grammar, style, SEO, and brand consistency designed to improve client credibility and SEO rankings.
- Conduct thorough quality checks to verify accuracy and effectiveness before client submission.

SEO Optimization:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes to refine strategies as needed.

Project Management:
- Coordinate with the Done-For-You manager and your team to manage workflows, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of client projects.
- Maintain open communication with team members to address challenges and streamline operations.
- Understand client-specific needs and ensure all content aligns with their goals and brand voice.
- Deliver polished, impactful materials that exceed client expectations.

Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Copywriting Expertise: 3+ years of professional writing experience, preferably in real estate, marketing, or SEO-focused content.
- Editing & Proofreading: Exceptional attention to detail, grammar, and style, with the ability to polish content to perfection.
- SEO Knowledge: Advanced understanding of SEO principles, keyword optimization, and content strategies that drive results.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and lead workflows effectively.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with WordPress, basic HTML, Google Drive, and project management tools like Monday.com.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with team members.
Role

Rate: $7-$8 an hour start with ability for growth
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST
Must be available to start asap
