Job Title: Copywriting Specialist - Personal Branding (LinkedIn & X) in B2B Marketing space

Location: Remote
Job Type: Part-time (10 hours per week)
Salary: $4 per hour (with potential for future salary upgrades and scope expansion)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Part-time Copywriting Specialist to craft engaging, high-impact personal branding content for B2B professionals on LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter). You will start by working 10 hours per week, with potential for growth in both responsibilities and compensation based on performance. This role involves creating engaging posts with strong hooks, supporting content ideation, and collaborating with a designer for visual elements.

Key Responsibilities:
-Write compelling LinkedIn and X posts with strong hooks and clear messaging that reflects clients' expertise and builds their personal brand.
-Support ideation by contributing fresh content ideas and aligning them with client goals and industry trends.
-Collaborate closely with a graphic designer to ensure copy and visuals work together to enhance content performance.
-Keep track of social media trends and best practices to keep the content relevant and engaging.
-Ensure all content adheres to the client’s personal brand guidelines and aligns with their B2B marketing goals.
-Work within a flexible, organized content calendar to ensure all deliverables are met.

Potential Future Responsibilities:
Expand responsibilities based on performance, including managing more complex projects or developing content strategies.
Opportunities for leading and managing other copywriters or team members, if desired, as the scope of work grows.

Qualifications:
Experience in copywriting for social media, particularly on LinkedIn and X.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing, audience engagement, and personal branding.
Ability to craft concise, engaging copy that drives interaction and thought leadership.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with personal branding is a plus.
