Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth data analysis and split testing to fuel strategic CRO decisions.
Design and implement data-backed conversion strategies to supercharge lead generation.
Collaborate with clients directly, setting expectations and delivering measurable results.
Work closely with internal teams to refine landing pages for maximum impact.
Stay ahead of the curve by continuously learning and applying the latest CRO techniques.

Qualifications:
2+ years of proven experience in CRO with a focus on landing page optimization for lead generation.
A portfolio showcasing dramatic conversion improvements and successful client outcomes.
Expertise with CRO tools (e.g., Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely) and strong understanding of UX/UI principles.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
Outstanding communication skills and a results-oriented attitude.
Bonus: Experience with Google Analytics and related analytics platforms.
