We are looking for a proactive and skilled Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to enhance our website’s performance and maximize revenue. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Shopify, capable of designing high-converting landing pages, implementing custom HTML, and using tools like Hotjar to track and improve conversion rates. This role focuses on optimizing user experience, boosting upsells, and increasing revenue and profit per session.
Key Responsibilities:
Continuously analyze and improve website conversion rates through data-driven strategies.
Leverage Shopify expertise to optimize site functionality, layouts, and performance.
Design and implement landing pages and site sections that drive conversions and align with brand goals.
Add custom HTML/CSS and adjust website elements to enhance usability and effectiveness.
Use software like Hotjar, heatmaps, and other analytics tools to track user behavior and identify optimization opportunities.
Increase revenue per session and profit per session through targeted CRO initiatives.
Optimize upsell opportunities, including product recommendations and checkout flows.
Enhance user experience (UX) by improving navigation, load times, and overall site flow.
Conduct A/B testing and experiments to validate optimization strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in conversion rate optimization for e-commerce websites.
Expert-level proficiency with Shopify (required).
Strong skills in designing landing pages and site sections with a focus on conversions.
Proficiency in custom HTML/CSS for website adjustments and enhancements.
Experience using Hotjar, heatmaps, or similar tools to track and analyze conversion performance.
Demonstrated ability to increase revenue per session and profit per session.
Expertise in optimizing upsells and cross-sells within an e-commerce environment.
Deep understanding of user experience principles and how they impact conversions.
Analytical mindset with a focus on testing, measuring, and iterating.

Preferred Skills:
