Contract Lawyer

About Us:
We are seeking an experienced Contract Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract law, with expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including but not limited to service agreements, vendor contracts, employment agreements, and NDAs.
Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and mitigate risks to the company.
Advise internal teams on legal matters relating to contracts, including interpretation and enforcement.
Work closely with business units to identify and address legal issues that may arise during contract negotiations and performance.
Draft and review terms and conditions for commercial agreements, as well as legal disclaimers, clauses, and provisions.
Conduct legal research and stay up to date on relevant contract law developments and industry best practices.
Provide strategic guidance on contract-related matters and assist in the resolution of contract disputes.
Assist in the creation and implementation of internal contract management processes and documentation.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership
with years of experience in contract law, with a proven track record in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts.
Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and advising non-legal stakeholders
