Contract Editing & Clean-up

I have a database of several thousand legal contracts and agreements that I need reformatted cleaned and edited. The database is in a shared Google Drive folder. Some of the documents are in Microsoft Word format, many are in Adobe PDF format.

I need someone to perform the following process on all the documents:

If the legal contract is a PDF:
1) Convert all the files to Microsoft Word from PDF (most likely using free online PDF to Word conversion tools)
2) Reformat all contracts and Agreements (particularly those that are converted from PDF to Word) so the formatting is clean.

Once the PDFs have been converted (and for those files that are ALREADY in Word format), I need the following performed on each file:

1. Remove and replace personally identifiable information on ALL of the contracts and replace it with bracketed generic like [First Name Last Name] or [Company Name] for everything from names, addresses, emails, company names, US states, dates etc.
2. Save all completed files in very organized format in files on a shared Google Drive folder.

The task is actually quite easy, but it will be time consuming. I expect it to take a month or more. I'm willing to pay $5/hr to complete this task. There will likely be other tasks like this in the future.
