Client/Company Description:
Our client has a small, dynamic team operating in the property industry. They value flexibility, proactive self-management, and team collaboration.
Role Vision/Description:
We are looking for a self-motivated, innovative individual with strong social media management skills. You should be able to work independently, manage your own schedule, and communicate effectively with the team.
The role includes content creation, social media management, and quality control. Familiarity with CRM systems (Brevo), social media scheduling software (Later), Zoom, Canva, and Google Drive is essential. You will communicate with the team and clients through Slack and
Potential Tasks:
Social Media Creation and Scheduling:
- Create and manage a monthly social media schedule (guidance provided).
- Use resources like the podcast, newsletters, and Members Club Slack channel to develop daily content (posts, images, videos, carousels).
- Post three Instagram stories per day (Monday-Friday).
- Schedule newsletters and mail-outs as provided by the founder or other tea
Engagement:
- Respond to comments and inquiries on social media platforms.
- Answer questions in the Members Club Slack channel or signpost as necessary.
- Hosting Members Club Live Sessions:
- Attend and host live sessions on Zoom, arriving 10 minutes early to manage participant entry.
- Record sessions and upload them to Vimeo with appropriate titles and descriptions.
- Store videos in the correct Google Drive folders.
Content Quality Control:
- Perform quality control checks on Members Club content every 3-6 months.
- Verify that content is up-to-date and relevant, particularly with legislation and links.
- Organize content backups in Google Drive.
- Flag content that requires updates or re-recordings during tea
- Comparable Evidence and Member Support:
- Provide comparable evidence within 24 business hours when requested (training provided by head of operations).
- Direct members to the appropriate resources when they ask for help via
Skills and Competencies:
- Proven experience in social media management, including Instagram and content creation (Canva, videos, carousels).
- Familiar with CRM systems (e.g., Brevo) and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later).
- Proficient in hosting Zoom events, recording sessions, and uploading content (e.g., Vimeo).
- Strong copywriting skills for captions,
- Attention to detail for content quality control and updates.
- Comfortable using Slack and
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and ability to work independently.
- Capable of providing comparable evidence and assisting members within 24 business hours.
