**Job Description:**

As a Social Media Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and brand identity. You will be responsible for creating and managing content across various platforms, including YouTube, our company website, and Google My Business. Your key responsibilities will include:

### **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Blog Writing & Publishing:**
- Write and publish well-researched, informative, and engaging blog articles on our company website.
- Optimize blog content with relevant keywords and internal/external links for SEO.
- Utilize tools like ChatGPT for content generation but ensure each piece has a personalized touch to avoid AI detection by
Google.
- Develop content that aligns with on-page SEO best practices, including meta titles, descriptions, headers, image alt text,
and internal linking strategies.

2. **YouTube Management:**
- Develop creative and compelling titles, descriptions, and tags for YouTube videos and blog articles.
- Upload and schedule videos on YouTube Studio.
- Write optimized video titles, descriptions, and tags to enhance SEO.
- Monitor video performance and suggest improvements to increase visibility and engagement.

3. **Google My Business Management:**
- Regularly update and manage our Google My Business profile.
- Post updates, announcements, and promotions using links from our YouTube videos and blog articles to drive traffic and
engagement.

- Design eye-catching and branded YouTube thumbnails to increase click-through rates.



### **Requirements:**

- Proven experience in content creation, and copywriting.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices for blogs and websites.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, personalized content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.


### **Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience with video editing and production.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
- Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for creating YouTube thumbnails.
- Previous experience in the cleaning or service industry is a plus.
