This role is 100% remote.
In this role, you will:
Coordinate marketing efforts and campaigns among various clients to ensure alignment and consistency.
Manage marketing calendars, coordinate meetings, and assist in organizing promotional materials and assets.
Create, edit, and proofread written content on marketing materials to ensure a cohesive brand message.
Design graphic content for digital platforms, including social media,
Develop, implement, and analyze marketing reports and KPIs, including customer acquisition metrics and campaign performance, to guide marketing decisions.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to support marketing strategy development.
Manage online profiles across platforms, ensuring that all content—both written and visual—remains up-to-date and engaging.
About You:
Core qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, content creation, social media management, or related roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with common marketing tools such as Wix, Google Analytics, Canva, or similar platforms.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high accuracy.
Creative thinking and adaptability to changing trends or client needs.
Willingness to collaborate and accept constructive feedback.
A portfolio of samples showcasing both written and graphic content will be required.
Action-oriented mindset with a bias for action.
Experience in a startup environment, demonstrating creativity and resourcefulness.
Advantageous:
Experience in generating marketing reports and tracking metrics.
Understanding of basic digital marketing principles (SEM, SEO, PPC, etc.).
