YOUR ROLE
Position: Scriptwriter & Content Writer
Location: Work From Home (WFH)
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Compensation: PHP 30,000 - PHP 40,000/month (starting range)
Employment Type: Permanent

As a Scriptwriter & Content Writer, you’ll be the voice of HomeWise, creating dynamic scripts for video content while also crafting engaging blogs, guides, emails, and website copy. Your work will educate, connect with, and inspire our audience.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Scriptwriting & Content Creation
- Write compelling, educational, and relatable scripts for video content.
- Simplify complex topics to make real estate concepts accessible to viewers.
- Create content that connects with our audience while driving engagement and trust.
- Develop blog posts, consumer guides, email campaigns, and website copy aligned with our brand voice.

Research & Planning
- Stay informed about real estate trends, homeownership challenges, and audience needs.
- Align content with strategic goals and ensure accuracy through credible sources.

SEO & Performance
- Optimize written content and scripts for search engines and viewer engagement.
- Use analytics tools to track content performance and improve results.

QUALIFICATIONS (Must-Haves):
A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Exceptional writing skills, with a focus on scriptwriting for video content.
Experience crafting content across blogs, email campaigns, and website copy.
Ability to adapt to an approachable and empowering tone.
A knack for turning technical concepts into engaging narratives.
Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week).

Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience writing for educational or real estate industries.
SEO knowledge and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
