For CONTENT TEAM LEAD:

My Amazon Guy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Team lead to join our team. The Content Team Lead will be responsible for quality assurance and overseeing the creation, development, and implementation of high-quality content across various platforms to enhance our clients' online presence and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and ensure all content meets quality standards and guidelines, proofread and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency, and provide feedback to content creators to maintain high-quality outputs.
- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with business goals, and plan and manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and support the content team, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure team efficiency.
- Oversee the creation of various content types, including articles, videos, and social media posts, and collaborate with other departments to align content with overall marketing strategies.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics, and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of content strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and engagement, stay updated with industry trends, and integrate new ideas into content creation processes.
- Liaise with stakeholders to understand their content needs and requirements, and ensure content aligns with the brand voice and messaging.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in content creation, quality analysis, project management, and lead generation.
- Demonstrated experience in lead generation and creating content that drives business results.
- Strong understanding of content marketing and SEO best practices
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

For FINANCE SPECIALIST:

My Amazon Guy is seeking a talented and experienced Finance Specialist to join our team. You will run our Quickbooks, review bank statements, and reconcile. You will also be responsible for recording and maintaining our other financial transactions, such as purchases, expenses, revenue, invoices, payments, and also assist with US state tax paperwork.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare accounting records by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Reconcile and review bank statements, company’s financial records to help and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
• Prepare US tax returns/paperworks.
• Post vendors/suppliers/clients’ billing and check completeness of the supporting documentation.
• Communication with vendors/suppliers/clients any missing invoices, supporting documentation, remittances and past dues.
• Prepare and book payroll entries in the accounting system.
• Study financial trends to determine future business needs.
• Sending out an email each month to execs with a Google sheet tracker with link, full tracking of coaching calls each month and total revenue % difference each month
• Keep track of coaching call stats

Qualifications:
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Understanding accounting best practices
• Data entry skills
• High attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Produce work with a high level of accuracy
• Professionalism and organization skills
• Bachelor's degree or at least one year of experience
• Knowledge of XERO, Quickbooks, Zoho, FreshBooks, or other applications is a plus
• Knowledge of IFRS, U.S GAAP, or another accounting framework is a plus
• Working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and productivity and project management tools/apps
