Mission:
The Content Systems & Monetization Manager (CSMM) is responsible for transforming JaySko’s content into a monetized, systematized, and scalable ecosystem. Their role ensures that every piece of content is optimized, repurposed, and connected to a revenue-generating system, allowing JaySko to focus solely on creation while the backend operations drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy Execution: Ensure all content aligns with JaySko’s brand vision and revenue goals.
Funnel & Offer Creation: Build sales funnels, lead magnets, and product offers based on content themes.
Monetization Strategy: Attach a product or service (courses, eBooks, consultations, letter templates, etc.) to relevant content for passive income generation.
Systematization & Automation: Develop workflows so that once JaySko records, everything else happens automatically.
Content Scheduling & Distribution: Oversee the systematic publishing of content across multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, email lists, etc.).
Data Tracking & Optimization: Analyze engagement metrics, conversion rates, and audience insights to refine monetization strategies.
Team Coordination: Work closely with the Content Editor & Social Media Manager to ensure seamless execution of the content and monetization strategy.

Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in content monetization, sales funnels, and automation systems.
Proficiency in platforms like Go High Level, ClickFunnels, Kajabi, or Kartra for building landing pages and offers.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, audience growth, and content monetization strategies.
Excellent project management and organizational skills to ensure consistent workflow execution.
Ability to think strategically and implement systems that drive scalable, passive revenue.
Self-directed, highly accountable, and results-driven.
