JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing fashion brand (Hokuro) focused on anime-inspired clothing. We are seeking a talented Content Strategist and Team Manager to oversee our creative and operational processes. In this leadership role, you will guide our team, manage projects, and ensure the efficient execution of all tasks while focusing on content strategy, creative direction, and business growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Managing and guiding the team: Oversee the graphic designer, video editor, and customer service team, ensuring tasks are completed on time, meet quality standards, and align with business goals.
Content Strategy: Develop creative content strategies for email marketing, social media, and ads that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.

Email
Marketing: Direct the graphic designer on how to create engaging email marketing campaigns that convert and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Social Media Management: Help guide our social media strategy, including content ideas, planning, and campaign execution, ensuring that posts align with overall brand goals.
Project Management: Use Asana, Trello, or ClickUp to manage projects and ensure smooth workflow across the team. Track deadlines, ensure accountability, and report progress regularly.
Organizing Team Meetings: Schedule and conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss progress, resolve challenges, and ensure everyone is aligned with business objectives. Provide clear direction and follow-up after meetings to ensure that tasks are completed on time.
Ad Performance & Metrics Understanding: While you won’t be directly handling ads, you must have a strong understanding of ad metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion rates) to assess performance and help refine strategies with the ads team.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate across departments to ensure the team works harmoniously and efficiently. Provide regular feedback to team members and ensure they have the support and resources needed.
Market Research: Conduct research on current trends, consumer behavior, and competitor performance to drive content creation, identify opportunities, and refine strategies.
Copywriting: Lead the creation of high-quality copy for ads, landing pages, emails, and social media posts. Collaborate with the graphic designer to ensure the content is visually compelling and aligned with the brand's voice. Your goal is to create persuasive, engaging, and action-driven copy that resonates with our audience.
Requirements:

Proven experience in content strategy, team management, and copywriting in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Familiarity with email marketing, social media strategies, and project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
Strong communication and leadership skills to manage a team of creative professionals and customer service representatives.
Experience with ad campaigns and understanding of key performance metrics like CTR, ROI, and engagement (knowledge of Facebook and Instagram ads is a plus).
Creative mindset with an ability to adapt strategies and suggest new ideas to improve results.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the team’s output and success.
Experience in e-commerce or fashion brands is preferred, but not required.
Anime knowledge or passion is a plus.
Strong copywriting skills with a focus on persuasive and conversion-focused writing for multiple platforms (ads, emails, social media, landing pages).
Salary:

Budget: $1,200 - $2,000 USD/month (depending on experience).
Full-time (40 hours per week), remote.
How to Apply: Please send your resume and portfolio showcasing previous work in content strategy, team management, social media, and copywriting. In your application, explain why you are the right fit for this position and share any relevant experience, especially in e-commerce, fashion, or managing creative teams.
